Building on the momentum of previous editions, the State of Enterprise WordPress (SOEWP) survey is back for 2025, and we’re once again inviting enterprise users of WordPress to share their insights, challenges, and priorities.
Now in its third year, the survey gathers valuable insights into how WordPress is being used at scale, and how the platform can continue evolving to meet the complex needs of large organisations. As in previous years, all responses will be aggregated and anonymised to ensure complete confidentiality, and the findings will be published in a free, in-depth report towards the end of this year, offering a unique view into enterprise adoption of the platform.
Created with support from our friends over at WordPress VIP, WP Engine, Pantheon, and Altis – plus a wide network of fellow enterprise WordPress agencies – the 2024 report highlighted several key themes. These included growing long-term loyalty to WordPress, widespread appreciation for its extensibility and usability, and a surge in contributions from enterprise teams to the open-source community. For 2025, we’re keen to see whether those trends hold, while also digging into fresh data on budgets, blockers, integration challenges, and more.
Whether you work for a global brand, a large public institution, or a fast-scaling startup with an enterprise-level WordPress implementation, this is your chance to help shape the conversation around WordPress at scale. Your input to SOEWP 2025 will contribute to a clearer, more representative picture of how the platform is being used in complex, high-demand environments, and support a more informed understanding of what enterprise teams really need.
