Each year, the team at Big Bite is involved with numerous local and international events, as well as open-source contributions and community activities – it’s our way of giving a little something back to the people that support us – so we’re thrilled to be sponsoring the upcoming WordCamp for Publishers event, which will take place in Columbus, Ohio from 7th – 9th August.
WordCamp for Publishers is a community organised event bringing together folk who use WordPress to manage a range of publications. The event will empower participants by coaching them on best practices and encouraging collaboration in building open source tools for publishers.
The event attracts thousands of people from around the globe, with a focus on anyone who actively manages a publication with WordPress. Each track appeals to a variety of disciplines including engineering, product, and editorial teams, and the speaker line up includes those from national media organisations and smaller publications, as well as agencies that work with media companies.
